Product Description
PBT fiber is a new type of high elastic polyester fiber, which is termed polybutylene two ester. The molecular chains of the fiber contains not only conjugates of phenyl and carboxyl groups, and has a much longer than conventional polyester - CH2 - chain segment structure, so it has characteristics of polyester, nylon and spandex three fiber. The anti ageing resistance and chemical stability are higher than that of nylon and spandex, the elasticity is close to spandex, elastic modulus, nylon similar. Clothing made from PBT fibers can be stretched and stretched along with the human body, with a soft and comfortable feeling. The dyeing property of PBT fiber is good, which can be dyed with disperse dyes, and the dyeing rate is higher than that of conventional polyester. At present the fiber is mainly used for all sports clothing, ski jacket, even pantyhose, ballet performance clothes, golf shirt and tufted carpet etc.
T300/T400----Bi-component fiber formed by combining two different fiber materials through a twin screw and a special spinning process. Has a superior rebound effect. It is the fiber of choice for men's jackets and high-end trench coats.
PBT FDY /PTT FDY----One-component elastic fiber, mainly used in memory recovery fabrics. A new type of material popular in recent years. Excellent rebound and dyeing excellence. Mainly used in men's and women's suit jackets.
